What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Proven experience in electrical site supervision and inspection, knowledge of HV/MV electrical works and substation delivery, Experience coordinating HV/MV systems with LV power distribution and protection schemes, Ability to review shop drawings, SLDs, method statements, ITPs, and technical submissions, Good understanding of electrical safety governance, including permit-to-work and LOTO requirements, Experience supporting testing, commissioning readiness, and energization activities, coordination and reporting skills in a site-based project environment
Nice to Have
Data center or mission-critical project exposure, Utility coordination and approvals experience, Experience in substation energization, Familiarity with redundancy concepts and power reliability requirements, Experience in live or phased energization environments, Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and local electrical codes, Familiarity with protection coordination, earthing, and grounding studies, Experience using document management systems such as Aconex or Procore
