Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Registered as a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, at least 10 years of relevant experience, a minimum of 5 years managing large-scale electrotechnical projects, at least 3 years in team management or technical coordination, Proficiency in French (spoken and written), experience delivering major projects for MTMD, experience in alternative delivery models

Support the Deputy Director of Road Engineering in implementing methods and procedures aligned with corporate standards
Manage the department’s human

Participate in the design of transportation electrification plans
Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with service commitments
