Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or 3-6 years of industrial experience, expertise in Electrical Distribution and Power Systems, understanding of requirements for hazardous locations, knowledge and experience in plant process control systems like Allen Bradley PLCs, Modicon PLCs, Foxboro I/A DCS, and Aspen IP. 21, ability to work independently and within a team, leadership skills to direct multidisciplinary contractors, knowledge in sizing, specifying, and installing electrical motors, industrial electrical equipment, VFDs, and motor soft starters, analytical abilities, superior understanding of electrical standards and codes, excellent communication and project management skills, Establish long-term relationships with internal customers, peers, plant staff, and engineering resources, Organize and manage multiple tasks independently, ensuring compliance with Corporate and Governmental EHS requirements, implementing proactive maintenance strategies, Utilize improvement techniques for complex issues, facilitate knowledge sharing, provide troubleshooting assistance
