What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, Minimum 7–10 years of electrical construction, quality, commissioning, or owner’s representative experience, Experience on semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, battery, cleanroom, or other mission-critical manufacturing projects, Knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, NETA, and applicable local regulations, Experience reviewing electrical quality documentation, inspection reports, test records, and turnover packages, Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, panel schedules, and specifications, Understanding of electrical installation quality requirements for high-reliability facilities, Excellent communication, documentation, and issue-resolution skills, Ability to work effectively with contractors, engineers, inspectors, commissioning teams, and owner stakeholders
Nice to Have
Semiconductor fab construction experience, Experience with cleanroom protocols and tool install environments, Knowledge of QA/QC systems, inspection test plans, and construction turnover processes, NETA, NICET, OSHA 30, PMP, PE, or electrical journeyman/master license, Experience with Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project documentation platforms
What You'll Do.
Oversee electrical quality activities
Review electrical drawings and specifications
Monitor contractor work for compliance
Perform field inspections of electrical installations
Support quality walkdowns and punch lists
Review and verify electrical testing documentation
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
Participate in acceptance tests and commissioning
Track nonconformance reports and inspection records
Ensure contractors maintain turnover packages
Identify risks to electrical quality
Support continuous improvement of quality processes
How You'll Work.

Work effectively with contractors, engineers, inspectors, commissioning teams, and owner stakeholders; Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, safety, and operations teams
