## Electrical Package Manager **Silent Aire - Dublin** ## ## **What you will do** The Electrical Package Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical work packages within various projects. This role ensures that electrical systems are designed, engineered, installed, and commissioned to meet project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications. The manager acts as the primary interface between engineering, production, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept through handover. ## **How you will do it** ### **Package Management** * Lead the end‑to‑end management of electrical packages, including scope definition, tendering, evaluation, award, and delivery. * Oversee supplier performance, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations. * Coordinate design reviews, technical queries, and change management processes. * Creation of RFQ Packages for various different electrical suppliers/contractors ### ### **Technical Oversight** * Provide technical leadership across LV and ELV systems, instrumentation, control systems, and electrical infrastructure. * Review engineering documentation, drawings, calculations, and method statements. * Ensure integration of electrical systems with mechanical, civil, and automation packages. ### ### **Project Delivery** * Develop and maintain packages, progress reports, and risk registers. * Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure timely and compliant delivery. * Resolve technical and commercial issues that may impact project milestones. * Attend factory witness tests ### ### **Stakeholder Coordination** * Act as the main point of contact for electrical package suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, procurement teams, and design engineers to ensure alignment. * Support client meetings, audits, and inspection
