Contract & Commercial Management * Lead the contractual oversight of M&E construction projects. * Review, negotiate, and manage contract terms to mitigate risk and maximise commercial outcomes. * Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, client requirements, and company standards. * Manage claims, variations, disputes, and commercial reporting. * Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor negotiations, and supply-chain performance. Project Delivery Leadership * Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure project targets are met. * Monitor project progress, budget, and programme to ensure on time and on budget delivery. * Anticipate issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure strong risk management processes. * Oversee change control, cost forecasting, and financial performance across multiple work packages. Client & Stakeholder Management * Primary commercial point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. * Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business and long term partnerships. * Lead progress meetings and provide high quality commercial reporting and updates. Team Leadership * Provide direction and mentor
