Must Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, 3–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, Electrical engineering background, Electrical systems troubleshooting experience, Experience working directly on vehicles in production/manufacturing, Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings, Experience supporting or leading Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Experience conducting time studies, Experience applying process optimization techniques, Proven track record of process analysis, Proven track record of continuous improvement projects, Experience with Lean tools, Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies
Nice to Have
Vehicle manufacturing experience, Familiarity with QPulse or Syspro
