Must Have
3+ years experience as Electrician, Supervisory role experience, Technically proficient in planning, Technically proficient in scheduling, Excellent organizational skills, Communication skills, Ability to lead coordination meetings, Actively facilitate progress, Achieve scheduled goals, People skills, Good judgment, Flexibility, Work cooperatively with internal administration, Effectively contend with customers, Effectively contend with contractors, Reach mutually acceptable terms, Proficiency with MS Excel, Proficiency with MS Word, Proficiency with MS Project
Nice to Have
BS or Technical Degree in Electrical Field, Electrical license/certifications, Knowledge of AutoCAD
What You'll Do.
Assist with on-site field coordination supervision
Assist with project management support
Assist with management of mission critical equipment
Assist with management of systems integration
Assist with management of physical environment integration
Report discrepancies to operations team
Report trends to operations team
Report discrepancies to clients
Report trends to clients
Assist with preventative maintenance schedules
Assist with emergency maintenance schedules
Identify back-up inventory needs
Identify replacement inventory needs
Serve as subject matter expert onsite
Assist with oversight of maintenance schedules
Assist with oversight of maintenance providers
Provide on-call support
Assist in updates of standard practices
Oversee sub-contractors
Coordinate sub-contractors
Assure proper installation of equipment
Assure delivery of maintenance services
Troubleshoot emergencies
Troubleshoot equipment problems
Troubleshoot technical issues
Provide ongoing technical support

TITLE: Electrical Lead - Enterprise Data Center Operations LOCATION: Plano, TX RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with on-site field coordination supervision and project management support for the operation of a data center, specifically on electrical systems and equipment within the site. * Assist with the management of mission critical equipment used to operate and maintain a data center. * Assist with management of systems and physical environment integration (life safety, mechanical, plumbing, and a focus on power related activities and issues). * Report discrepancies and trends to the operations team and clients. * Assist with the preventative and emergency maintenance schedules and procedures for building systems; identify back-up and replacement inventory needs for critical systems. * Serve as the subject matter expert onsite for electrical mainte
