Work Conditions: * Starting wage: $37.90 an hour. * 10 vacation days plus 13 paid holidays * Affordable group insurance, including life, dental, vision, and more—protecting you and your family * Pension plan with employer contributions up to 5%, helping you build a strong financial future On the daily, you will: Maintenance & Equipment Repair: * Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation on industrial equipment and machinery; * Troubleshoot various electrical issues; * Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition; * Assist and support Industrial Mechanics as required. Preventive Maintenance * Participate in planning and executing routine preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules; * Document all maintenance tasks, repairs, time required, and parts used on work orders; * Recommend improvements to reduce future breakdowns and increase equipment reliability. Operational Support: * Assist with the preparation and implementation of lockout/tagout procedures; * Source and procure parts as required; * Act as a point of contact for contractors and coordinate activities as needed. ## Qualifications Qualifications: * Industrial Electrical journeyperson or Electrical journeyperson certification; * 3+ years of experience as an industrial electrician, electrician, or other relevant work; * Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues independently; * Computer literacy for maintenance documentation requirements; * Abi
