What will you do? * Lead, motivate and develop team of young electrical & instrumentation engineers in executing refrigeration packages which involve API 619 Machines, Heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping, motors etc. * Actively participate in the continuous & progressive development of the team * Continuously work towards a more efficient, leaner, transparent, digital and operationally reliable processes * Interact with various internal disciplines like Projects, SCM, Quality & Factory * Interact & maintain good relations with customers * Actively involve in Sub-vendor qualification & control during procurement and project execution stages * Follow the engineering execution process and align with the other functions within team to meet the on time in full deliveries with Quality * Release of Technical specification & Purchase requisitions required for sub-orders procurement * Lead critical Project meetings like KOM, PIM, HAZOP, SIL etc. and actively engage team to close the punch items on time in order not to impact the contractual obligations * Prepare and maintain the BOM and Engineering drawings with respect to change management system. * Review and validate the technical offers from vendors and provide engineering comments and approvals after detailed technical evaluation * Extend su
