What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in the electrical discipline on large-scale capital projects, working knowledge of quality management systems, High attention to detail, demonstrated commitment to quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, standards, and technologies, Functional knowledge of industry-leading engineering standards, engineering management practices in a multi-discipline EPC/EPCM environment, experience with 3D, data-centric design and construction platforms, Working knowledge of integrated project delivery workflows, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer (P. Eng. ) registration in the Province of Saskatchewan

Perform field inspections
Participate in construction walk-downs
Ensure construction meets design intent
Address technical queries
Address non-conformance reports
Issue technical queries

Manage technical queries

Team & Collaboration
Form link between Owner, Engineers of Record, and construction team; Communicate electrical and instrumentation design changes with construction and engineering teams; Coordinate with engineering on constructability and design issues; Establish electrical design/field engineering working relationship with Engineer of Record; Coordinate with Field Supervision and Subcontractors
