Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) is required. Preferred: Foreman-level and above strongly preferred. NCCER Certified Instructor or willingness to obtain certification. Bilingual in English and Latin American Spanish (spoken and written). Previous experience managing or facilitating trade training programs.
