What You'll Achieve.
Ensure all installations meet safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations; Manage labor, materials, and schedules to meet project goals; Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications; Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations; Prevent accidents and injuries; Keep the project on schedule and within scope

Travel requirements: up to 10% of time, Compliance with all applicable safety regulations, Personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies, Work Environment: Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes, Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors, Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects, Advanced knowledge of construction and time management, Advanced knowledge of NEC Electrical Codes, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and project specifications
Nice to Have
OSHA 10, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E
What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate electrical crews
Manage day-to-day field operations
Ensure installations meet standards
Lead and manage electricians and apprentices
Oversee daily crew production
Train new hires and apprentices
Plan and schedule electrical work
Conduct regular inspections of work
Enforce all safety policies
Conduct daily safety meetings
Troubleshoot on-site issues
Maintain accurate records of job progress
Prepare and submit required reports
