What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Journeyman License, 5+ years of experience in a Foreman or Project Lead role, knowledge of industrial electrical construction and best practices, Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite communication independently, Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards, Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance, Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

What You'll Do.
Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects
Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings
Coordinate project materials
Ensure work is completed in compliance with code
Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings
Track and report job progress
Support and enforce project budgets
and quality control standards
Mentor field team members and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
Assist with documentation
Partner with the Construction Manager and project team to solve issues and adjust plans as needed
Serve as on-site point of contact for inspectors
