What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Journeyman License, 5+ years of experience in an Electrical Foreman or Project Lead role, knowledge of industrial electrical construction or Data Center construction and best practices, Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite communication independently, Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards, Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance, Excellent communication and leadership team-first mindset, Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays as needed, Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
