This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects. Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance. Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program. Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities. Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications Required: 1–3 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems. Ability to understand workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems. Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.
