This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Estimate electrical trades, including medium and low voltage systems and associated systems. Prepare mechanical cost estimates from the conceptual phase through the final construction documents. Review and validate subcontractor proposal pricing and change orders. Develop value analysis by identifying cost-efficient alternatives to proposed scopes. Support meetings with owners, architects, and engineers for all aspects of the cost phase. Lead electrical cost efforts in core markets: Data Centers, Aviation, Higher Education, Corporate/Commercial Office, and Laboratories. Perform material takeoff, input data into computerized cost models, and apply electrical estimating manuals and guidelines. Prepare comparative cost analysis and explain variances to project stakeholders. Communicate with electrical equipment vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors. Manage, train, and mentor junior electrical estimators. Represent Holder at coordination meetings and industry events, maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
