What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field equivalent industrial experience considered, 3+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment, Experience troubleshooting and programming PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent), electrical troubleshooting skills including motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, and industrial controls, Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical documentation, Experience working cross-functionally with maintenance and operations teams to resolve equipment issues, Knowledge of preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and equipment reliability principles
