Electrical Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space & Security **(BDS) **Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers** (MS&B) division is seeking an **Electrical Engineering Manager** to manage a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for electrical design, wire installation and wire design, and integration activities in **Tukwila, WA**. This leader will drive technical excellence, resource acquisition, supplier management, and process improvements while fostering a collaborative culture aligned with Boeing’s values, including tool development for automation, design requirement verification, common process development for the EDI capability under MS&B across multiple programs, and future architecture optimizations. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manage, develop, and motivate a team of engineers and technical staff performing Electrical Wire Design, Wire/Equipment Installation, Wiring Provisions, Certification, Change Management, and Build/Supplier engineering activities across multiple programs. * Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals to meet program requirements. * Provide technical oversight, review, and approval of electrical design, wire installation, wire design, and integration approaches. * Oversee cost account management, Level of Effort spending, Quarterly EAC input, and acquire necessary resources for projects and processes.
