Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, Minimum of 5 years of Electrical/ Electronics Application or Test Engineering, Skill in Quality Engineering, Root Cause Analysis, Experience in process improvement and quality engineering methodologies, Knowledge of Quality system (TS16949), Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Understanding of electrical printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), Ability in problem solving and analytics, Expert written / verbal communication, Advanced organizational skills, Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately, Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, Superior attention to detail, Ability to learn quickly, Willingness and flexibility to learn and adapt to company working culture and processes

What You'll Do.

Manage customer's warranty center operations

Ship/receive returned e-PT components

Analyze returned components

Investigate root causes

Troubleshoot defective parts

Repair defective parts

Refurbish defective parts

Validate with chamber/TAS

Maintain test EOL equipment

Manage Charger/Discharger

Oversee quality issues for e-PT components

Provide field support

Analyze warranty claims

Determine root cause of product returns

Perform tear down analysis

Perform failure analysis

Conduct SWAP testing with sub-suppliers

Trace issues with sub-suppliers

Coordinate PPAP documentation

Lead response to emerging quality issues

Track containment activities

Perform containment activities

Communicate quality concerns with customer

Communicate quality concerns with internal teams

Lead PRR investigations

Identify potential root cause of failed parts

Prepare technical reports

Collect data for reports

Analyze data for reports
