What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, 8–12 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on site supervision for building projects, Proven experience working on mixed-use developments (commercial, residential, hospitality), knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), knowledge of SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) standards, knowledge of International standards (IEC, BS), Proficiency in relevant engineering software and MS Office tools
Nice to Have
Master’s degree is a plus, Prior experience in KSA or GCC projects is highly preferred, Familiarity with testing & commissioning procedures for electrical systems
What You'll Do.
Conduct site inspections to ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings
and project standards.
Monitor and enforce contractor compliance with project specifications
Review and provide technical feedback on material submittals
Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
shop and as-built drawings.
Supervise installation
and commissioning of electrical systems.
Witness and validate testing & commissioning activities for major electrical systems.
Ensure adherence to KSA codes and standards (SEC regulations
Identify and resolve site issues proactively
providing technical solutions where required.
Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports
NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
weekly and monthly progress reports.
Support project management team in ensuring quality
and timeline compliance.

### **Job Description** ## Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer – Site Supervision to join our team in Riyadh for a prestigious mixed-use development project. The candidate will play a critical role in overseeing electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local KSA regulations.
