Full Job Description

Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible. ** _Position Summary:_** The Electrical Engineer will contribute to the development of robotic surgical systems, supporting electrical design from concept through commercialization. This role focuses on new product development (NPD) and includes hands-on design, prototyping, integration, and testing of complex electromechanical systems. The engineer will work cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and systems teams to deliver robust, reliable, and scalable electrical architectures aligned with clinical and user needs. **_Essential Functions:_** * Design and develop electrical systems and PCBAs for robotic platforms containing analog, digital, and microcontroller circuitry * Drive prototyping, bring-up, testing, and debugging of electrical subsystems * Interface with PCB designers to complete circuit board layouts and documentation packages * Collaborate on system integration and troubleshoot issues across hardware and software * Develop test fixtures and support V&V testing to ensure performance meets system requirements * Apply design for manufacturability (DFM) and support transition to production * Contribute to design documentation and DHF deliverables * Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies * Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and an
