Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, 3–5+ years of experience supporting, testing, or troubleshooting electronic hardware in a production, manufacturing, or lab environment, Hands-on experience testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electronic subsystems (digital, analog, RF, or mixed-signal), Proficiency using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, and power supplies for hardware debugging and analysis, Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs) to support failure analysis, Experience performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions on hardware issues, communication skills, Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, test, quality, and suppliers, Comfortable working onsite in a shift-based production environment (3rd shift), Active Secret security clearance or obtainable, U. S. Citizenship required
Nice to Have
Experience supporting electrical hardware in a production or manufacturing environment, Background in failure analysis, yield improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives, Experience working with suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions, Familiarity with subsystem or system-level integration and test, Experience with engineering change processes (ECOs), redlines, and configuration-controlled documentation, Exposure to design or development of electronic or electro-mechanical subsystems (circuit design, fabrication, assembly processes), Experience working in high-reliability or regulated industries (aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, etc.), Familiarity with RF or mixed-signal systems and associated test/debug methods, Experience using engineering tools for analysis, simulation, or measurement (e.g. , MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar)
