CRB is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong background in building and industrial power systems to lead electrical design efforts on complex projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of low‑ and medium‑voltage electrical systems, mentoring engineering teams, and partnering with clients, project managers, and construction teams from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a licensed electrical engineer with hands‑on experience in power distribution, lighting, and special systems who enjoys technical leadership, solving complex field challenges, and delivering high‑quality, constructible designs in regulated environments. Responsibilities Lead Electrical Design & Project Delivery * Lead electrical design for complex projects across all phases, including programming, design development, construction documentation, and construction support * Design and coordinate low‑ and medium‑voltage power distribution systems, including switchgear, panelboards, transformers, feeders, grounding, and protective devices * Perform advanced power system calculations, including load studies, short‑circuit analysis, voltage drop, and arc flash evaluations * Develop electrical construction drawings and specifications that are fully code‑compliant and construction‑ready * Identify and resolve complex existing conditions through site visits and field surveys Team Leadership & Collaboration * Direct and coordinate th
