Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. ## **Department Overview** Tetra HW Engineering ## Job Description * Handle design and development of sophisticated communication products. * Handle transmitter design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and test activities associated with product development. * Drive end-to-end RF development and develop coexistence mitigation strategies. * Construction of prototypes or proof of concepts for purposes of testing circuit designs as needed, using workbench tools and test equipment. * Ensure product compliance to reliability and regulatory standards. #LI-MM8 #LI-onsite ## Basic Requirements * At least a Bachelor degree majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area. · * At least 3 years of related experiences. Familiar and interest in RF/digital controller/audio related fields depending on the area of work the candidate is applying * Good analytical and problem solving skills and inter team coordination skills. * Able to communicate & present conceptual ideas to technical audiences. Good in analytical and problem solving skills * Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to multi-task, analytical, self motivated and a good team player. * Knowledge in ADS simulation tools and PCB layout is an added advantage. * Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills. * Able to work well with cross-functional teams. * Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia. ## Travel Requir
