This role ensures all electrical infrastructure meets safety standards, operates efficiently, and supports building performance objectives while complying with applicable codes and regulations. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Design and Engineering** * Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and low-voltage systems for new construction and renovation projects * Review detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations using CAD software and engineering tools * Review load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and short circuit studies * Select appropriate equipment, materials, and components based on project requirements and budget constraints **Project Management** * Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other design professionals to integrate electrical systems into overall building designs * Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and product data for compliance with design intent * Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify installation quality * Manage project timelines, budgets, and del
