**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Lead the electrical team in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions * Provide technical justification and support project managers in executing equipment upgrades * Support a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA cycles to engineering changes and effectively communicating status to stakeholders * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 operations * Ensure electrical safety requirements are properly defined and implemented, including risk assessments, performance levels, and PPE selection * Develop detailed electrical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred * 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or production environment * Proficient in AutoCAD and PLC programming/troubleshooting * Working knowledge of industrial automation systems and coordinated machinery * Experience with analog controls preferred * Familiarity with control voltages, including 24V, 120V, 480V, and 4160V ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
