Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 7-10 years of site-based experience in electrical installation, testing, and commissioning within buildings and infrastructure projects, hands-on experience across the full electrical scope, including lighting, earthing, panels, instrumentation, fire systems, UPS, cabling, glanding, and termination, Site experience must be primarily on industrial or infrastructure construction projects, Experience in electrical testing and commissioning, including FATs, SATs, Megger testing, loop testing, and basic instrument calibration, Ability to work independently on construction sites, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and resolve site-level technical issues, Proficiency in electrical familiarity with electrical design tools, knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and power distribution systems communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, UAE Driving License is mandatory

Nice to Have

Candidates from closely related water-based industrial applications (pumping systems, water/sewage pumping stations, district cooling plants with water systems exposure) may also be considered, Exposure to PLC/HMI/SCADA commissioning is an advantage (training or certification preferred)

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise across the full electrical scope and be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
