Must Have
3+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Mixed Signal Circuit Design, Effectively apply electrical engineering best practices, latest innovations, analysis tools, and proficient lab knowledge to designs, Electrical circuit design experience (schematic capture and PCB layout), Electrical circuit modeling and simulation experience (LTSpice, TINA, etc), Ability to instrument and measure/troubleshoot circuits, Must be able to demonstrate competency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, data collectors, electronic load, spectrum analyzers, etc.), Excellent written and oral communication skills, Self-motivated to initiate and implement tasks, strategies and techniques in a goal oriented manner to increase productivity and profitability, Ability to work independently and foster a team environment, in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Electrical circuit design experience (schematic capture and PCB layout) with Mentor Graphics tools a plus, Experience with RFID, SPI, I2C, Wifi, USB, analog and power circuits a plus, Familiarity with precision motor drive circuits and thermal printhead control logic is a plus, Experience with regulatory approvals and maintenance for EMC and Safety is a plus

addressing field quality concerns
Evaluate and validate alternative electronic components to mitigate supply chain disruptions or component obsolescence
