While prior experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with 4+ years of professional experience who are eager to grow in a supportive environment.  ## What You’ll Do Design and development of electrical systems for solar and battery storage projects Conducting feasibility studies, power system modeling, and electrical calculations Creating and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Ensuring designs comply with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC standards (If licensed) Stamping engineering drawings Providing mentorship and leading teams (for mid/senior-level candidates) Supporting construction, commissioning, and site visits Staying current on renewable energy technologies Contributing technical expertise to business development and proposals ## Must-Haves Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution FE/ EIT Certi
