What You'll Achieve.
Ensure full compliance; Enhance electrical system reliability; Achieve and maintain zero past-due electrical PMs; Maintain 95% or greater compliance in the PM program; Maintain 100% compliance for Elements Important for Safety (EIS) PMs

Analyze technical data; Lead root cause analyses; Develop maintenance strategies; Troubleshoot plant electrical maintenance issues
Willingness to travel across the United States and Canada, Flexibility to work extended hours or varying shifts, Physical capability for a full range of motion, including lifting up to 50 lbs, Ability to climb and ascend vertical ladders, Valid employment authorization in the U. S., Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card, Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Passport
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, At least 5 years of support experience in electrical plant maintenance, Extensive experience with medium/high-voltage distribution systems and motors, Proven ability to troubleshoot plant electrical maintenance issues, specifically with motors and switchgear equipment, Willingness to travel across the United States and Canada to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities, Flexibility to work extended hours or varying shifts based on business requirements, Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively, Proficient in the use of Google applications, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Physical capability for a full range of motion, including lifting up to 50 lbs, Ability to climb and ascend vertical ladders as required, Valid employment authorization in the U. S. is visa sponsorship is not available for this position, Ability to work individually and as part of a team, Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card, Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Passport
