Must Have

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited technical college or university in Electrical or Computer Engineering, 3+ years of work experience in electronic product design, Experience with embedded system design, Digital, Analog, and Mixed Signal Design, Board-level communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, CAN), Controlled impedance for high-speed channel design (SpaceWire, 10GbE, SerDes), Linear and Switch Mode DC/DC Power Conversion, Documentation (Test Procedures & Reports, Interface Control Documents, ECOs), Design Analysis and Simulation (WCA/WCCA, Reliability, Radiation, Spice), Cable and Wire Harness Design, Signal and Power Integrity (SI/PI), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Experience in prototype development, debug, and test in a lab environment, Experience crafting and launching products in regulated environments

Nice to Have

Experience crafting motion control and electromechanical systems for space environments, EEE-INST-002 and radiation-hardness/mitigation, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Altium Designer, DSP and Microcontroller firmware development, Cable and Wire Harness Design, FPGA Design (Verilog and VHDL), System and functional requirements generation
