What You'll Do.
Assist in operations of electrical distribution production section
Assist in staff development
Assist in profitability
Assist in quality control
Assist in marketing support
Function as Project Manager for electrical distribution design
Function as Lead Engineer for electrical distribution design
Assist in mentoring less experienced staff
Assist with administrative responsibility for section staff
Assist with administrative responsibility for technical service functions
Lead services with other sections
Coordinate services with other sections
Be involved in marketing planning
Be involved in proposals
Be involved in interviews
Be directly involved with industrial clients
Be directly involved with public clients
Assist in ensuring work is planned
Assist in ensuring work is organized
Assist in ensuring work is controlled
Assist in ensuring work is evaluated
Implement company policy
Monitor company policy
Support company policy
Assist in selection of technical personnel
Assist in training of technical personnel
Assist in development of technical personnel
Assist in management of technical personnel
Work cooperatively in marketing efforts
Work cooperatively in production efforts
Perform other duties as needed
