What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering (or equivalent), Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in: Solar PV or hybrid power systems, Battery storage / DC systems, AC power distribution or utility-connected power systems, Demonstrated experience preparing SLDs, wiring diagrams, panel layouts and system, understanding of: AC & DC electrical distribution, Grounding & bonding practices, Transformers & switchgear, Protection & control principles, Experience with AutoCAD / EPLAN, Proficiency in spoken and written French and English is required
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CEC, CSA, IEC, IEEE standards, Experience working with utilities, EPCs or industrial clients, Professional Engineer (P. Eng) eligibility
