What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, 3+ years of experience working within Boeing Commercial Airplanes, at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership"
Nice to Have
Experience in advising and influencing non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems, Experience advising a work unit regarding tasks, projects and operations, Knowledge of skills and abilities required by non-management employees to accomplish daily operational responsibilities, Knowledge of established policies and procedures that typically affect non-management employees, Knowledge of the entire Electrical Value stream (requirements development thru design & integration, release, Fabrication, installation, certification, and post production customer support) is a plus, Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values, Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement, Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team

Electrical Design Manager (Level K) **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes** is hiring **Electrical Design Managers** (Level K) to support the **Electrical Design Organization** in **Renton and Everett, WA**.
