Oversee cross-discipline design reviews and ensure quality for MEP disciplines. Address design and engineering challenges during design and construction phases. Develop integrated electrical room concepts and manage subcontractors to finalize designs. Communicate effectively, manage deadlines, and provide reporting to leadership. Coach and mentor junior associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: 5–8+ years in an engineering position, preferably with experience in Mission Critical projects. Experience with design process and management of complex projects, including teams and deliverables. Ability to interpret contract documents and agreements. Strong understanding of electrical and controls, including NEC standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to independently assess and evaluate issues and have difficult conversations professionally. High level of morality and ethics. Strategic, solutions-oriented, detail-oriented, and flexible.
