You’ll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and cross‑functional partners to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and well‑supported on the shop floor. * Support the full electrical design lifecycle, from project kickoff through production, including electrical drawing packages and electrical bills of materials (EBOMs). * Identify, track, and help resolve issues uncovered during design reviews to keep projects moving forward. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify scope, resolve design challenges, and ensure alignment throughout the project. * Serve as a technical resource for Production, providing clear guidance and support during build and test activities. **YOU HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred). * 2+ years of experience in electrical design, project engineering, or manufacturing support roles preferred. * Working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and power system design principles. * Experience creating and managing bills of materials (BOMs). * Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred). **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day * nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
