Must Have

5+ years of experience in PCB schematic capture and layout design, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline, Robust understanding of PCB design principles, including stackup design, impedance control, high-speed signal routing, and DFM/DFA considerations, Proven experience in component research, alternate part identification, and effective BOM management, Experience with flex and rigid-flex PCB design, Experience with high-density interconnect (HDI) PCB designs, Fluent in English with verbal and written communication skills, adept at working across multiple time zones, Demonstrated ability to work independently, showcasing excellent attention to detail and organizational prowess

Nice to Have

Proficient in Cadence Allegro constraint management and establishing design rule setups, Knowledgeable about signal integrity and power integrity aspects, Experience supporting consumer electronics or wearable device hardware initiatives, Familiarity with component lifecycle management and tracking parts obsolescence
