We have an exciting position for an Electrical Compliance Supervisor who will ensure compliance with site electrical safety systems, procedures, and integrity standards in alignment with Group Technical Standards while providing technical input to uphold quality in electrical maintenance, programs, and systems. Our activities include all aspects – exploration; mining; processing and blending; shipping; marketing and selling. In South Africa, we have mining operations in the Northern Cape province, as well as a head office in Gauteng, and a port operation in Saldanha Bay, Western Cape. As an Electrical Compliance Supervisor you will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include but not limited to: * Participate in relevant safety audits, inspections, and observations and address issues to demonstrate safety leadership. * Act as a thought leader, technical expert and first point of reference for leading electrical installation and maintenance practices. * Provide support to Supervisors and artisans in the sections in executing the business electrical strategy for monthly shutdowns. * Witnessing, over-inspection of site acceptance testing and QA/QC for new installations/projects onsite. * Assist in developing standards, procedures, and processes in relevant functional or process areas. * Provide technical expertise to monitor the quality of maintenance systems. * Provide leadership and direction to the electrical maintenance team. * Ensure compliance with the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including power distribu
