By blending people-centric leadership with disciplined operational strategies and purpose-driven growth, Barry-Wehmiller has become a $3 billion organization with nearly 12,000 team members united by a common belief: to use the power of business to build a better world. **Job Description:** **POSITION SUMMARY** Under general supervision, the Electrical Assembler performs electrical assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and testing operations on moderate to complex hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. **SUMMARY** There are 3 grades in the Electrical/Electronics Technician classification with each grade advancement being inclusive of the prior in the sequence. Preceding advancement to the next grade, team members are required to actively participate in the safety process, have a clean work record clear of any disciplinary actions for 12 months, and have a promotion recommendation by their respective lead and supervisor. **_This is a level 1 role._** **** **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
