Preceding advancement to the next grade, team members are required to actively participate in the safety process, have a clean work record clear of any disciplinary actions for 12 months, and have a promotion recommendation by their respective lead and supervisor. **_This is a level 1 role._** **** **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
