Understanding of electrical fundamentals, Basic understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), Ability to work in a safety sensitive environment, Awareness of electrical safety practices, Demonstrated commitment to completing technical training, Exposure to electrical installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting activities, Introductory ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and specifications, Introductory knowledge of motor controls, sensors and control circuits, Ability to safely use basic electrical hand tools, power tools and test instruments, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment, Ability to interact with others in a sensitive, tactful, diplomatic and professional manner

What You'll Do.
Support installation of electrical systems
Assist with control panel fabrication
Perform rough-in and finishing wiring
Install interlocking wiring
Assist with wiring verification and checkout
Install electrical system components and wiring
Assist with installation
repair and maintenance
Support preparation of material take-offs
Assist with lockout/tagout (LOTO)
Support review of facility electrical system plans
Assist with testing installed equipment
Perform routine cleaning and lubrication
Maintain maintenance reports and documentation
Monitor electrical parts and materials usage
Assist in preparing maintenance schedules
Support quality control checks
Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately
Perform assigned electrical tasks
Perform all duties in accordance with safety program standards

Today, our company continues to lead the industry, offering innovative cooling technologies that support the infrastructure of the digital economy. **Position Summary** The Electrical Apprentice supports the installation, termination and assembly of electrical systems, including conduit, cabling, equipment, panels, sensors and control devices. This role assists with the construction and fabrication of control panels and systems, including the installation of interlocking wiring and participation in wiring verification and checkout activities to ensure proper functionality, under the direction of a certified Journeyperson. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Install and terminate conduit, cable, electrical equipment, panels, sensors and control components in compliance with applicable codes and standards. * Assist with the construction and fabrication of control panels and perform rough‑in and finishing wiring for control systems. * Install interlocking wiring and assist with wiring verification and checkout in accordance with applicable codes and specifications. * Install electrical system components and wiring in compliance with applicable codes and standards, including the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and where applicable, NEC, NESC, NFPA and UFC. * Assist
