What You’ll Do You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: * Assist in pulling wire for PV string, DC, and AC feeder systems * Complete plug-and-play module connections and manage module leads * Perform DC terminations and label wiring for string wire, combiners, and inverters * Support AC terminations at inverters, transformers, and switchgear * Assist in electrical testing: insulation resistance and voltage tests * Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installs * Use hand and power tools to install racking and modules per design * Participate in daily safety and work planning meetings * Complete tasks using KE’s internal software systems for reporting and documentation * Learn from leadership and ask questions to gain a full understanding of assignments * Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding issues
