What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. S. or M. S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline, at least 12 years of experience in the design, development, and testing of high-power electric motors, worked in the aerospace, EV automotive, or advanced air mobility industries, hands-on experience integrating complex, safety-critical electric propulsion systems, solving associated thermal and electromagnetic problems, deep and applied knowledge of complex motor topologies, electromagnetic analysis, aerospace thermal management, led teams whom achieved successful motor qualifications, product launches, or critical design reviews, familiar with aerospace certification standards (e. g. , DO-160, FAA Part 23/27), motor control algorithms

familiarity with React, Kubernetes a plus
