**Job Title:** [ELDP] Polymer Materials Molding Process Engineer **Job Description:** **The Role:** This role focuses on polymer-based products such as drums, tubing, and injection-molded components. You will be responsible for mastering polymer forming processes, ensuring product consistency, chemical resistance, and driving continuous improvement in production efficiency. **In this role you will:** * Develop and optimize molding and extrusion processes for polymer products including drums, tubing, and injection components * Conduct stress testing and rheological analysis to improve product reliability * Establish and maintain SOPs and process documentation for polymer forming operations * Lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance material utilization and automation potential **Traits we believe make a strong candidate:** * Bachelor’s degree or above in **Science, Engineering, or related technical fields** * Interest in polymer materials or molding technologies * Analytical mindset with attention to detail * Strong collaboration and communication skills * Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment * Proficient in English communication **Your success will be measured by:** * Trust, Integrity and Accountability * People and Teamwork * Innovation and Creativity * Dedicated to Excellence
