What You'll Do.
Provides additional operational and student support to the Equitable Learning Services (ELS) team during periods of increased demand
particularly during peak student engagement times throughout the academic year.
Responds to escalated student and educator enquiries.
Assesses student documentation for ELS eligibility.
Provides interim support to students awaiting appointments with an ELS Advisor.
Implements provisional Equitable Learning Plans with limited reasonable adjustments.
Refers students to appropriate internal or external support services.
Undertakes routine administrative and operational functions beyond the scope of the Student Services Support Officer.

The role responds to escalated student and educator enquiries, assesses student documentation for ELS eligibility, and provides interim support to students awaiting appointments with an ELS Advisor. This may include implementing provisional Equitable Learning Plans with limited reasonable adjustments and referring students to appropriate internal or external support services. The role also undertakes routine administrative and operational functions beyond the scope of the Student Services Support Officer.
