What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance in financial institutions, very good knowledge of legal regulations in the bank's area of operation, practical knowledge of bancassurance, ESG, consumer credit, AI, outsourcing, new technologies, strong competencies in risk identification and assessment, ability to cooperate in a project environment (digital / transformation), high independence, responsibility, and decision-making ability, ability to work under time pressure, very good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written, minimum B2 level), very good knowledge of MS Office package
Nice to Have
industry certifications, experience in digital transformation projects, experience in participating in or conducting proceedings before financial market regulators, experience related to conducting investigative proceedings (Whistleblower Protection Act)
What You'll Do.
risk management in tasks performed

participation in projects aimed at implementing new legal and supervisory regulations in the Bank
support for business and technological projects in terms of regulatory compliance
participation in proceedings before regulators
cooperation with Santander Group Compliance units
