Read more: [careers.bms.com/working-with-us](https://careers.bms.com/working-with-us). **Job Responsibility (EHSS & Facility Assistant Manager EG090)** **Fleet & Driving Safety Management** * Lead the centralized management of company-leased vehicles and assigned drivers nationwide, including fleet planning, resource allocation, and usage coordination. * Oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including preventive maintenance, repair scheduling, and vendor coordination with leasing companies and service providers. * Own the end-to-end lifecycle management of vehicle leasing contracts, including expiry assessment, market benchmarking, renewal strategy development, and commercial negotiations. * Track and review monthly fuel card consumption; validate usage against actual needs and internal control requirements, and manage timely top-ups. * Standardize and coordinate parking resources for leased vehicles to ensure appropriate allocation and compliance with company and property management requirements. * Drive driver management with safety as the core focus; monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with com
