Full Job Description
The EHSS Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security functions at the terminal. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance documentation, improving administrative processes, and ensuring the efficient handling of field and office paperwork. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and interact professionally with employees, contractors, visitors, and regulatory agencies. **Responsibilities** * Assist with the management of solid and hazardous waste activities, including sampling, analysis, and coordination of proper disposal. * Maintain and update the terminal waste disposal tracking system to ensure complete, accurate, and timely recordkeeping. * Enter hazardous and non-hazardous waste manifests into appropriate databases and tracking systems. * Track and organize compliance-related paperwork, ensuring documents are complete, properly filed, and readily retrievable. * Scan, organize, and digitally file field documentation, including but not limited to work permits, job safety analyses, waste manifests, inspection forms, and other operational records. * Support document control processes to ensure records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and retention requirements. * Assist in assigning and tracking administrative tasks related to EHSS reporting, filing, and record maintenance. * Develop, improve, and implement processes for collecting required information from field specialists and other terminal personnel. * Create, update, and maintain forms, spreadsheets, logs, and other administrative tools to support EHSS and terminal operations. * Provide support to internal, third-party, customer, and regulatory agency audits and inspections. * Assist with financial tracking for remediation work, waste disposal, security services, and other EHSS-related expend
