Must Have
8-10+ years EHSQ experience, Bachelor's degree in engineering or EHS Qualification, Proficient in Operational and EHSQ standards, Working knowledge of ISO Internal Auditing, COSHH/Occupational Hygiene Training/Monitoring Experience, Microsoft Office knowledge
Nice to Have
Environmental Management System Certification, Understanding of Process Safety / PSSRs

Lead EHSQ policy planning
Coordinate EHSQ policy implementation
Monitor EHSQ policy implementation
Ensure regulatory compliance
Ensure company standard compliance
Act as Site EHSQ representative
Develop continuous improvement environment
Work to 'Zero Harm' strategy
Hold EHSQ budgetary responsibility
Support line management changes
Provide guidance to staff
Provide training to staff
Contribute to process safety studies
Participate in Facility Siting studies
Participate in Hazardous Area Classification studies
Participate in Fire Safety Management studies
Drive safety management system development
Drive environmental management system development
Implement health and safety policies
Implement safety procedures
Monitor health and safety policies
Monitor safety procedures
Minimize accident rates
Improve environmental performance
Ensure site implementation of corporate requirements
Ensure site implementation of corporate guidelines
