What You'll Achieve.
Achieve enhanced safety performance; Cultivate a zero-tolerance approach to incidents
Industry & Context.
hands-on presence on the shopfloor, travel for day visits to the Almere and Helmond sites approximately once every two weeks, willingness to travel bi-weekly to other Dutch locations
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in a similar EHS or H&S role within a manufacturing environment, Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and programs with a focus on the Netherlands, Proven experience with life safety codes, EHS rules, HAZOP, training, principles of occupational safety and health, and Process Safety Management, Demonstrated ability to influence teams without direct authority, Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, Must be based in the Netherlands and authorized to work without sponsorship
